8 DEC WEBINAR: Latest in transport cybersecurity AU/EU
The next free webinar in iMOVE’s Project Outcomes series will take place on 8 December 2021, and is entitled Latest developments in transport cybersecurity in Australia and Europe, with speakers from Q-Free, Department of Transport and Main Roads (Queensland), and ITS-Australia.
With the burgeoning amount of connectivity technology on our roads and in our vehicles, and the implications if something goes wrong, cybersecurity is a priority topic for our governments and companies right now.
This webinar will look at how connected intelligent transport systems and cybersecurity are rolling out in Europe with the C-ITS Credential Management System (CCMS) pilot from the European Commission, using the Volkswagen Golf as a case study.
Closer to home, we will also look at what we have learnt to date from implementation of a C-ITS security system as part of the Queensland government’s Connected and Automated Vehicle Initiative (CAVI).
