David Levinson is the Professor of Transport at the University of Sydney. From 1999-2016 he served as a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota and director of the Networks, Economics, and Urban Systems (NEXUS) research group. He earnt his Ph.D in Transportation Engineering at U.C. Berkeley in 1998.
