It’s fair to say that in terms of uptake of electric vehicles, Australia is a laggard. This article in The Conversation by John Quiggin, Professor, School of Economics at The University of Queensland explores the history, economics, policies (or lack of) to date, and the incentives on offer for the current federal government to shift gears on a shift to electric vehicles.
